Onsite Service Calls

For onsite maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, system updates, and repairs. Service Calls are billed on an hourly basis with a 2-hour minimum and are scheduled based on availability.

Pro-Connect

When you need technical phone support after normal business hours and on weekends, this prepaid annual support program is ideal. With a guaranteed response time of 10 minutes or less, it allows you to get a technician on the phone when the office is closed. Flat fee per year.

Pro Support Programs

If your system needs are more demanding and a Service Level Agreement is what you are after, then a Ridge AV Pro Support Program is your answer. These programs are budget-friendly, include guaranteed response times, and provide you with highly useable features that keep your system at peak performance. Flat fee per year.

Training

Customizable training sessions are open to any number of attendees. Training Sessions are split between an overview of the system and hands-on training. Quoted per session.
